FaceOnSale's Return Policy

For Fisic product:

All vendors on FaceOnSale follows a 14-day return policy during which FaceOnSale must inform the vendor that the customers would like to return an item.

The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.

​

The vendor will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.

Customers will contact FaceOnSale faceonsale.com/contact-us for any requests for return and FaceOnSale will then contact the vendor.

For Digital Items:

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by Customer in connection with the Product will be allowed under any circumstances.​​​​​
